Privacy notice

Who operates the survey
Home Services Surveys LLC operates this survey. For privacy questions or requests, email privacy@homeservicesurveys.com .
What we collect
We collect the home location and size, service types, provider names, prices, satisfaction ratings home management preferences and optional comments you submit. Street address and email are optional. We also record your communication choices, submission time, survey version and invitation or campaign source when available. If you contact us, we receive the information in your message.
Our hosting and security providers process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information and security signals to deliver the website and prevent abuse. An address may help us check publicly available property details, such as home and lot size. This edition asks you to enter those details yourself; automatic property lookup is not currently provided.
How we use information
We use responses to produce neighborhood price comparisons, check data quality, understand homeowner needs, develop home management services and tailor relevant offers. Responses from outside Seminole County may be retained for future research and service planning.
We and businesses under common ownership may use responses and contact information for these research, service development and marketing purposes, including relevant offers by postal mail. Individual responses are not anonymous within our systems when linked to your address or email.
Email and postal contact
If you provide an email, we use it for your submission confirmation and the requested report, subject to the survey's coverage and availability. Future survey invitations and promotional emails from Home Services Surveys are optional. Future survey invitations are selected by default; uncheck that option before submitting to opt out. Promotional emails are not selected by default; check the offers option if you want them. Declining those options does not affect participation or report eligibility. Promotional emails include an unsubscribe option.
A mailing address you provide may be used for relevant home service information and offers. Declining marketing email does not by itself stop postal contact. To request no further postal marketing from us or participating affiliated businesses, email privacy@homeservicesurveys.com .
Published reports and sharing
Published reports combine responses and do not identify individual households. We exclude street addresses, email addresses and identifiable individual responses from published reports.
Information may be accessed by authorized personnel and affiliated businesses for the purposes above. Cloudflare hosts the website and database and provides Turnstile spam protection. Resend sends survey emails, and Google Workspace handles our correspondence. Necessary service providers process information to operate these functions. See Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum for its security-data practices.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect against fraud or security threats, or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable obligations. This notice does not authorize unrelated vendors to receive household lead lists.
How long we keep information
We plan to keep identifiable survey responses and associated contact information for up to 36 months after submission, then delete them or remove identifying details. If you separately maintain an email subscription or become a customer, information needed for that relationship follows its applicable notice and preferences.
We may retain combined research findings that do not identify households for longer. We retain limited permission and opt-out records as needed to document choices and prevent unwanted contact, and information needed for legal obligations or disputes. We retain daily survey backup snapshots for 30 days. If a backup is restored, we reapply completed deletion and opt-out requests before using the restored information. Hosting providers may also retain recovery copies under their own recovery schedules.
Your choices
You can participate without a street address or email. To request access to, correction of or deletion of identifiable information, or to stop postal marketing, email privacy@homeservicesurveys.com . We may ask for information needed to verify that the request concerns your response. We may keep a limited opt-out record and information we must retain for legal reasons. Findings already combined into reports without identifying you may remain.
Updates
We will post the current notice and its effective date here. Materially different uses will be assessed for any additional notice or permission needed; updating this notice does not override your recorded email choices.
